Extended Care Rates

Scheduled fees are due monthly. Fees are based on actual scheduled hours for our school year (excluding days closed) and divided into nine equal payments due by the 25th of each month, September - May. Credits are not allowed for absence from this scheduled program. Day trades are allowed within the same month and times. (Early dismissals are equal to two 3:00PM dismissal days.)

Overtime charges (10 minutes past schedule or extra days) are at full hour rates of $7.25 per hour.

Changes in scheduled use are subject to a $15 fee per family. We appreciate all changes or withdrawals being effective on the 15th or at the month's end.

Registration fee is $35 per family.

Monthly Fees for After School Care

Above rates include earlier dismissals at 12:30PM and 1:30PM.

Monthly Fees for Early Dismissals Only

1:30PM Dismissals only until 3:00PM - $42
Both Early Dismissals at 12:30PM and 1:30PM until 3:00PM - $57

Prepaid care is available at $7.25 hourly when prepaid in $50 increments. Prepay for hours prior to use to qualify for this lower rate.
Non-prepaid care is $8.25 hourly, billed the month following use.

Both rates are based at full hour charges only, with a one hour minimum.

Registration fee is $15 per family.

Our program closes at 6:00PM. Families leaving children after 6:00PM will be charged $1 for each minute past.

Two children families are charged at 77.5%, three siblings at 70% of single rates shown above.
